Additional toilets at Stony Batter, Tawaipareira and Te Matuku reserves
Higher service levels in parks and villages at holiday times
A stand alone library in Oneroa

Continuous improvement of accessibility to bus stops and shelters
A separate Council Service Centre refurbishment in Ostend
Consistently advocated and presented community preferences and priorities in the Annual Plans of 2011, 2012 and 2013
